I'm proud to be a trustee and exec member of Hampshire Scouts, the largest co-educational charity in Hampshire giving some 20,000 members from the age of six upwards access to fun, challenge and adventure. Scouting has an ability to take the most technologically reliant of people (take for example, me) and throw them into a world of outdoor activities - which they no doubt love.

I'm also proud to be a volunteer with Portsmouth Scouts, as an Assistant Scout Leader. Scouting in  Portsmouth opens up a range of activities to around 1,000 people.

I'm pleased to be part of Don’t Hate, Donate – a grassroots, community-focused charity committed to uniting communities for a better world. They work in the areas of education, homelessness, and international aid and development to change lives and change the world.

The National Association for People Abused in Childhood

I'm pleased to announce NAPAC is my charity of the year for 2016.

The National Association for People Abused in Childhood (NAPAC) is the UK’s leading national charity offering support to adult survivors of all types of childhood abuse, including physical, sexual and emotional abuse and neglect. Their vision is of a society in which every adult survivor of childhood abuse in the UK is able to access the support they need, when they need it, to make a journey of recovery and heal their emotional and psychological wounds.
